8-574; 8-575; and 8-576, It is unlawful for any property owner, representative, tenant, or other person with control, occupancy, or possession of real property to allow excessive growth of vegetation. Vegetation in violation would be that which is in excess of eight (8) inches in height or more than twelve (12) inches in length if matted down, or that which is defined as nuisance vegetation (Thistle, Poison Ivy, etc.), on any lot or parcel of land within the city. This includes any area between the
